I called Favio on Monday morning for the first time, he was at my place Monday afternoon doing a thorough inspection to survey the situation and give us an estimate. Within an hour of him leaving, I called him back because I felt very comfortable with him and his plan of attack on our house and he came over 2 days later to do everything he promised with a plan moving forward all while sticking to the proposal he gave us.
